I’ve supported everyone from corporate executives, to incarcerated youth, to “mompreneurs” in pursuing their life’s biggest goals joyfully.
My approach to coaching is best summed up as “part structure, part spiritual.”
It weaves together formal training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, with years of performance coaching experience, and the spiritual practices I’ve come to trust in two decades of study.
